Job Entails:
- Answering phones, greeting visitors
- Managing all incoming material invoices (making sure material is billed correctly & actually delivered) 10-key experience a must -.
-Keeping track of submittals for numerous projects
-Calling in permits/inspections
-Handling all closeout documents for various projects
-Helping enter proposals using Excel
-Handling all project correspondence (filing, scanning into appropriate files)
Qualifications:
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Outlook, Excel)
-Associates Degree
-Able to carryout written and verbal instructions
-Proper phone etiquette
-Good organizational skills and able to prioritize task
